Itinerary
| Day 1 | London – Tokyo Depart London on a direct flight to Tokyo. |
| Day 2 | Tokyo Transfer by airport bus to your hotel. Stay for 3 nights. |
| Day 3 | Tokyo (L) Full-day guided sightseeing tour of Tokyo, including Tokyo Tower Observatory, tea ceremony at Happoen Garden, Imperial Palace Plaza, Asakusa Kannon Temple and Nakamise Shopping arcade. |
| Day 4 | Tokyo Free to explore Tokyo, or you may take an optional tour. |
| Day 5 | Tokyo - Takayama Travel with a guide to Takayama. Visit Yatai Kaiakan, Kusakabe Folk Museum and Kami Sannomachi Street. Stay overnight. |
| Day 6 | Takayama - Shirakawago - Kanazawa Guided sightseeing tour at the Takayama morning market, before continuing to the World Heritage-listed vbillages of Shirakawago, famed for unique arhictecture called Gassho-Zukuri. Continue to Kanazawa by local bus with guide. Stay overnight. |
| Days 7 | Kanazawa - Kyoto Guided sightseeing tour of Kanazawa, including Kenrokuen Garden - one of Japan’s top three gardens, Kutaniyaki Pottery Kiln and the Nakamachi Samurai district. Transfer by express train to Kyoto. Stay for 4 nights. |
| Day 8 | Kyoto Morning guided sightseeing tour of Kyoto, including the Golden Pavilion, Nijo Castle and Kyoto Imperial Palace. Afternoon free. |
| Day 9 | Kyoto Full day private guided sightseeing tour around the gardens of Kyoto. Visit Tofuku-ji Temple one of the largest Zen Buddhist sects and see the famous moss gardens and. Tour the sub temples of Tofukuji to see the dry landscape gardens. In the afternoon, explore Chisakuin Temple, one of where you can see some stunning gardens and painted panels and screens. Tour the Zen garden with maple trees at Kenniji Temple, and then pay a visit to Shisen-do; famous for its Japanese Azaleas. |
| Day 10 | Kyoto Free to explore Kyoto or you may take an optional tour. |
| Day 11 | Kyoto - London Transfer by shared shuttle taxi to Osaka Itami Airport. Depart on a flight to London via Tokyo, arriving the same day. |
