| Day 1 | London – Tokyo Depart London on a non-stop Japan Airlines flight to Tokyo. |
| Day 2 | Tokyo - Kyoto Connect to a domestic flight to Osaka Kansai Airpport. Transfer by shuttle bus to your Kyoto hotel. Stay for 3 nights. |
| Day 3 | Kyoto - Nara - Kyoto (L) Full-day sightseeing tour of Kyoto and Nara, including Nijo Castle, Kyoto Imperial Palace and the Golden Pavilion. After lunch, travel by coach to Nara, visiting Todaiji Temple, famous for its Great Buddha, and Kasuga Shrine. Return to Kyoto. |
| Day 4 | Kyoto Free to explore Kyoto, or you may take an optional tour. |
| Day 5 | Kyoto - Hiroshima Transfer to Shin-Osaka Station. Use the Japan Rail Sanyo Pass to travel by bullet train to Hiroshima. Stay for 2 nights. |
| Day 6 | Hiroshima Free to explore Hiroshima or visit Miyajima Island using the JR Sanyo Pass, or you may take and optional tour. |
| Day 7 | Hiroshima - Fukuoka Use the JR Sanyo Pass to travel by bullet train to Fukuoka’s Hakata Station. Meet & assist provided upon arrival. Stay for 2 nights. |
| Day 8 | Fukuoka - Kumamoto - Fukuoka (L) Full-day sightseeing tour to Kumamoto, including Shirakawa Spring and Mt. Aso Crater. |
| Day 9 | Fukuoka - Ibusuki (L) Travel with a guide by train and bullet train to Kagoshima. Visit Chiran Samurai Residence, Lake Ikeda and Mt Kaimondake. Stay overnight in Ibusuki. |
| Day 10 | Ibusuki - Kagoshima - Fukuoka (B, L) Full-day sightseeing tour of Kagoshima, including Amami-no-Sato, Sakura-jima and Senganen Gardens. Travel to Fukuoka by bullet train and express train. Stay overnight. |
| Day 11 | Fukuoka - Tokyo Transfer independently to Fukuoka Airport. Take a domestic flight to Tokyo Haneda Airport. Stay for 2 nights. |
| Day 12 | Tokyo Free to explore Tokyo or you may take an optional tour. |
| Day 13 | Tokyo - London Transfer by airport bus to Tokyo Narita Airport for a non-stop Japan Airlines flight to London, arriving the same day. |
