Important Notice

Unfortunately, it is inevitable that some of the details may change on our website. You will be informed of changes to any of the relevant details within our tours when you book either with your travel agent or with ourselves, as part of our commitment to quality customer service.

How to book

Staff at Jaltour are always pleased to discuss your holiday requirements and to make your reservations. Our business hours are 09:00 – 17:00 (UK time) Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays (in the U.K.). Alternatively, please see your local travel agent who is there to assist and advise you with your holiday arrangements. Once your travel agent has made a booking for you, all subsequent correspondence and enquiries should be made through your agent.

Booking form and Payment

When you make your booking, please complete and sign the booking form, confirming on behalf of all in your party that you understand and accept the terms of these booking conditions. Return the booking form to us with a deposit as stated in our terms & conditions, or full payment if the booking is made within eight weeks of departure. On receipt of the booking form and monies, we confirm the holiday to you or your travel agent with our confirmation invoice. Please check that the details are exactly as requested and advise our office or your travel agent immediately if they are incorrect. The balance must be paid eight weeks prior to your departure. Failure to comply with the above payment schedule may result in cancellation charges being applied as detailed in the cancellation section.

ATOL Certificate

Many of the flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Travel Documents

Our detailed itinerary, appropriate travel leaflets will be sent out around 2~3 weeks prior to your date of departure. We appreciate the time our customers take to complete and return questionnaires to us. This enables us to make any appropriate improvements that might be necessary for the success of future tours.

What’s included in your tour price

  • For flight inclusive package, unless otherwise specified, economy class air tickets between UK and Japan on selected airlines as stated in the itinerary, or as confirmed on your confirmation / invoice with applicable baggage allowance, airport taxes and airlines surcharges
  • Hotel accommodation as stated in the itinerary, or as confirmed on your confirmation / invoice.
  • Meals as stated in the hotel or tour descriptions, or as confirmed on your confirmation / invoice.
  • Tours and transportation as stated in the itinerary, or as confirmed on your confirmation / invoice.

What’s NOT included

  • Accommodation tax, bathing tax and resort fees etc. which are imposed by the local government.
  • Meals, unless stated in the confirmation / invoice.
  • Travel insurance
  • Items of personal nature e.g. laundry, telephone charges, tips etc

Foreign and Commonwealth Office

Insurance does not provide cover in respect to a destination where the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office has advised against travel. Please check for travel warning at https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.

Privacy Policy

Security of personal data

All areas of the Jaltour website where you enter personal data are encrypted using industry standard SSL certificates. This prevents unauthorised interception of personal information during transmission from your computer to our servers. In addition to this we do not retain any credit card information on our servers or databases.

Use of personal information

Personal information you provide Jaltour may be used for the purposes of:

  • Providing you with the best service possible
  • Processing any orders you may have made
  • Providing you with information via email. This includes updates pertaining to your order as well as news updates about products and services we offer.

We will only email our newsletter should you express interest in receiving it. However, occasionally we may inadvertently include your email address on our newsletter database. If you do not wish to receive information about us, our products or services, please email Jaltour to unsubscribe.

Disclosures

We will not pass your information to any third parties, except where it is relevant for your travel arrangements. The information may be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. Certain information may also be passed onto security or credit checking companies if required.
